JERRY C. LOTHROP - CLU, CSSC Co-founder of Capital Planning, Inc. Mr. Lothrop’s background includes working as a life insurance broker and a consultant with a major national life insurance company. He has spent over 30 years in the life, health, disability, medical insurance, estate planning and annuity marketplace. Today his responsibilities include consulting, designing, pricing and implementing settlement annuities. Over the years he has conducted numerous training seminars for casualty companies and has spoken at many claim association and CLE seminars. He has also attended many settlement conferences. With the assistance of an excellent staff, Capital Planning has successfully settled over 10,000 cases using settlement annuities. EDUCATION

DAVID C. BRACKETT - CLU Co-Founder of Capital Planning, Inc. Responsibilities include: consulting, as well as being an expert witness for the defense; designing, pricing and implementing settlement annuities; assisting in the medical underwriting of impaired risks; helping with the drafting of legal documents, court approvals, and third party assignments of settlement obligations. Mr. Brackett also participates in settlement conferences, addresses professional groups on structured settlements and designs and presents training seminars to casualty insurance carriers. His vast planning experience assists all parties in the settlement process.

CHRISTINE D. PHILLIPS - CSSC, MSCC Christine Phillips has been in the structured settlement industry since 1988. She attended the University of Minnesota and possesses a Minnesota Life/Health insurance license. Ms. Phillips draws from 20 years of professional experience with Capital Planning, and is the manager of its staff and internal operations. In 2004, Ms. Phillips successfullly completed the certification course and exam for structured settlement professionals at Notre Dame University, earning her Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) designation. In 2005, Ms. Phillips successfully completed the certification course and exam that earned her the Medicare Set-Aside Consultant Certified (MSCC) designation. Ms. Phillips' hobbies include family travel, playing piano, swimming, skiing, and spending time with her husband and daughters in Apple Valley, MN. LINDA BLACKSTON Ms. Blackston has been with Capital Planning, Inc. since 1995. She graduated from North Hennepin Community College. Linda enjoys traveling, skiing, gardening, scrapbooking and reading. She is married, has one daughter and two adorable grandchildren. TAMI HOYT Ms. Hoyt has been in the structured settlement industry since 1995. She has over twenty years experience in the Life, Health and Annuity industry. She has a two-year business college degree and continues to further her knowledge with various continued education courses to maintain her Minnesota Life/Health Insurance Agent License. CAROL MALECHA Ms. Malecha has been in the structured settlement industry since 2002. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in education from the College of Saint Benedict and possesses a Minnesota Life/Health insurance license. Ms. Malecha's hobbies include playing piano, organ, and guitar, dancing, singing, volleyball, tennis, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. KIMBERLEE COOKE Kimberlee Cooke has been in the structured settlement industry since 2004. She graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development and minor in Business. She also possesses a Minnesota Life/Health Insurance License. AJ FALECK AJ has been a member of the Capital Planning team since 2007. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and has previous professional experience in project management.
